Can Orbit agents work in Slack?+
Yes, as a connected tool. With your own Slack bot token, agents can post updates and results into the channels you choose. In a custom build we scope how agents live in your Slack workflow, for example which channels they use and what they may do there.

Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Gemini and the rest connect to Orbit over one MCP link, and Orbit agents use the same memory. Your CRM, inbox, docs and tickets feed the same place through connected tools. Everything is stored with its source, so any agent can pick up where another left off.
How is Orbit secure enough for an enterprise?+
Today Orbit encrypts stored credentials with AES-256-GCM, traces every agent run and tool call, scopes which tools each agent can use, caps and paces what each connected account can send, and supports data export and account deletion. Requirements beyond that, such as access roles, private deployment, data residency and a security review, are scoped with your security team as part of the build.
Do you support SSO and certifications like SOC 2?+
Not as a standard feature today. SSO and similar controls are scoped per engagement, and we will tell you plainly what is in place and what is not before you commit. Ask for the security overview on the call.
How is Orbit different from Glean, Dust, Slack AI or Claude in Slack?+
Those products are strong at what they are built for: Glean at enterprise search with deep permissions, Dust at building agents on company data, Slack AI and Claude at help inside Slack. Orbit is built around a shared memory that every AI tool and agent can use, plus agents that do real growth and operations work on a schedule, and we build the agents with you. Where they lead today is enterprise search depth and enterprise controls such as SSO and certifications, which we scope per custom build.
Which systems can agents connect to?+
Built-in tools include Apollo, LinkedIn data, web scrapers and reading, and image generation. You can connect your own accounts (LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp and more) and your own keys (HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, Airtable, Linear, GitHub, Slack and more). Any system with an API or an MCP server can be added.
How do automations and workflows run?+
